Get The Blessing, formerly known as simply The Blessing, is a instrumental band from Bristol, UK. Formed in 2000, it mixes rock sound with jazz saxophone. the band released its first album, All is Yes, in 2008 as The Blessing and won the price of the Best Album at the BBC Jazz Awards. One year later in 2009, the band's second album, Bugs in Amber, was unleashed. Attracting attention from both the rock and jazz words, Get the Blessing earned significant critical attention for its originality and live performances, during which the band members wear suits with colored cellophane on covering their faces.
