About
Aloan is an trip-hop group from Geneva, Switzerland that creates a combination of electro, hip-hop and soul music. Led by founder and drummer Alain Frey, R&B vocalist Lyn m, Sebastien Von Roth and MC Granite banded together in the early 2000s and released Aloan's debut album, We Play, in 2005. The record immediately resonated with the Swiss electro club scene where the band found its target audience. Aloan has since put together a purely electronic live show featuring only two laptops and a heightened downtempo style.
