The James Hunter Six is an R&B band that's led by British singer/songwriter and musician James Hunter. Though Hunter has been releasing solo material since the mid-1990s with the same backing band, he credited the 2013 record Minute By Minute, to The James Hunter Six in order to give credit to the talent and loyalty of his collective. Along with Hunter, Lee Badau, Damian Hand, Jonathan Lee, Jason Wilson, Kyle Koehler and Andrew Kingslow make up The James Hunter Six and craft the outfit's signature modern soul-infused R&B.
