Bobby Hutcherson

Bobby Hutcherson was a Los Angeles-based jazz vibraphone and marimba player. Hutcherson released his debut album, The Kicker, in 1963 on the well respected Blue Note label. He continued to release innovative material and toured frequently, collaborating with some of jazz's biggest names throughout his career. Hutcherson built a solid reputation for himself over his decades-long career as one of the more talented vibraphonists in America.
