Formed in 1990, Japanese electro duo Boom Boom Satellites has been compared to a direct combination of The Chemical Brothers and The Prodigy. This is an apt comparison as the band creates dark, guitar-driven, big beat electro. Since its inception, the duo has been featured in countless anime films/series, a couple commercials and the soundtrack for the highly acclaimed Batman film The Dark Knight.
