Angela Gail and Jeffrey Jacob teamed up in 2011 to form In the Valley Below, a indie-pop outfit that owns a hushed, dreamy sound. With dual female-male vocals, swirls of synthesizers and understated electric guitar, the Echo Park, CA-based duo released its self-titled EP in 2012 and have captured a residency at Los Angeles' Bootleg Theater.
