Mondo Generator is a Los Angeles-based alternative rock band that was founded by singer/songwriter and bassist Nick Oliveri. Having been a member of seminal stoner rock outfit Kyuss as well as the popular modern rock group Queens of the Stone Age, Oliveri has proven he has the chops to steer a band of his own. Mondo Generator released its debut album, Cocaine Rodeo, in 2000 and since then the group has had a somewhat erratic album release schedule and touring regime.
