By intelligently blending elements of electronica, pop and sonic aspects of the Madchester scene, the British-based band Egyptian Hip Hop manages to craft a unique style of music that many music critics refer to as post pop. The group was formed in 2008 and by playing a respectable number of small(er) shows on its home turf, the band has made a name for itself as a group that's willing to make memorable pop tunes with an electronically charged rock aesthetic.
