About
Based in Atlanta, GA the sludge metal bad Son of Tonatiuh was formed in 2008 by three metal veterans who came together from three different band. After releasing a successful demo that was picked up by Hydro-Phonic Records, the band dropped its eponymous debut album in 2010 and subsequently toured the country with its cocktail of hardcore punk and doom metal sounds. Son of Tonatiuh released its follow-up album in 2012.
