Monuments is an English progressive metal band that was formed my former Fellsilent guitarist John Brown and former The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza guitarist Josh Travis in 2007. After gigging around the UK metal scene for a few years after its inception, the group was able to hone its sound and refine its songwriting approach before releasing its debut album, Gnosis, in 2012.
