Formerly known as The King Khan & BBQ Show, Bad News Boys is a collaborative project between Arish A. Khan and Mark Sultan (stage names: King Khan and BBQ, respectively). Both musicians' mutual love of early doo-wop and garage led the two to create songs that hark back to a time when digital recording didn't exist and computerized sounds were unfathomable. The duo started playing together in 2002 and has earned a reputation for its high energy live shows and slightly unconventional, if not controversial, stage antics.
