About
Fronted by singer/songwriter and guitarist Joshua Cockerill, Animal Parts is an indie folk band based in Toronto. After earning a residency at Cameron House in downtown Toronto, Cockerill assembled a backing band that would go on to be known as Animal Parts. The band released its eponymous album in 2011, offering an Americana, alternative country and pop-infused brand of indie folk music.
