About

The daughters of folk singer Tom Chapin and step-daughters of director Wes Craven, Abigail and Lily Chapin grew up around fame. After moving to Los Angeles from New York, the duo began making folk-pop together and before officially forming a band received widespread attention on the blogosphere for their acoustic cover of Britney Spear's hit "Toxic." The sisters capitalized on this fame, opened their own record label, released an album and began touring with folk duo She & Him; the rest is history.
