Originally formed as the backing band for Jason Collett, four-piece Zeus began releasing its own music in 2009 after signing to the Arts & Crafts label. The Toronto band produces jangly pop full of three-part harmonies, catchy hooks and subtle gospel influences with organ melodies. Already receiving a tremendous amount of acclaim in its native country, Zeus plans on spreading its mythical name and striking the US and Europe with its bolts of infectious pop.
