Formed in 2002, Sweet Emma and the Mood Swingers is a five piece fronted by Sweet Emma on the upright bass. Famous for its rhythm & blues heavily influenced by 40s swing and 50s boogie, the group is known in jazz clubs throughout Sweden for its huge energy and ability to transport the audience back to another era. After signing to Heptown Records and releasing an album in 2006, the group has expanded its tour bracket to include neighboring countries and hopes to expand its fan base as well.
