Dubbed the first live nerd culture carnival, leetup is a variety show and gathering of nerdy pop culture that goes beyond the stage. Conceived by Kevin Pereira, Charles Hirschhorn and the creative collective iam8bit, leetUP fills venues with technology and fantasy-fueled fun including classic arcade games, exclusive technology exhibitions and state-of-the-art video game previews specifically designed for each event. The masterminds behind leetUP took the nerd-fest on the road in 2012, when the production embarked on a ten-city tour of the US titled Awesomesauce.LIVE! While the event is open to all ages and perfect for families, leetUP offers alcoholic beverages for the 21-and-over crowd.
