About
Allofasudden is a psychedelic funk band that formed in 2006 in the San Francisco Bay Area. Inspired by California's history of progressive and alternative rock music, the band released its debut album Appear, in 2008 with layered rhythms and harmonies over guitar-driven rock music. Honing its psychedelic and funk edge, Allofasudden further developed its sound on its 2011 sophomore effort, Drink the Ocean, which uses understated psychedelia and fuzzy but fiery guitar for a classic rock sound.
