About
Chicago-based outfit Old Shoe is a folk rock band that was formed in 2010. After releasing its eponymous debut album, the band began to spread its Americana-flavored sound throughout the Midwest, pulling inspiration from various corners of American life through the experiences of its members, whose roots lie all over the US as far as Alaska. Old Shoe dropped its follow-up studio album, Let Yourself In, in 2011, and even started their own musical gathering known as Shoe Fest.
