Alice Ernestine Prin is a French model and cabaret artist who is known as Queen of Montparnasse in Paris and more widely referred to as simply Kiki. She inspired Hervé Devolder for his musical, Kiki, which follows the career of Kiki in Paris during the Roaring Twenties, when she was the model and muse of famous painters, and artists, such as Modigliani, Cocteau and Man Ray. Now recognized as a cultural icon with a reputation as a free woman, she continues her career as a painter, singer and cabaret artist.
