Cavalia is a multi-media extravaganza featuring equestrian arts, acrobats, live musicians and dazzling multi-media displays. Normand Latourelle, a co-founder of Cirque du Soleil, infuses Cavalia with the same theatrical dedication that is characteristic of all his other productions. The well-executed set transitions and seamless, flowing music draws the audience into a cocooned world that explores the primal connection between humans and horses, starting with the birth and discovery of the horse and ending with images out of the Wild West. Cavalia has expanded to include other productions, such as Odysseo, which premiered in 2015.
