The Hindu Pirates is a rock and roll outfit that emerged out of Huntington Beach, California, in 2009 while its members were still in high school. Capturing a reverb-heavy surf rock style, the band released its debut album, Pelican Daze, in 2010, and subsequently captured a dedicated regional following that quickly spread throughout California.
