Listening to the music of Paris based musician Daniel John Martin can inspire nostalgic thoughts about times when musicians didn't amplify their sound or use electronic instruments. Martin pays homage to one of Europe's guitar heroes Django Reinhardt with his music and even though Reinhardt was on a completely different level than any other living player, Martin (who plays the violin/fiddle) is able to do the deceased guitar player great justice.
