Luke Winslow-King is a guitarist from Cadillac, Michigan whose known for his slide guitar approach to playing that artfully blends together elements of blues and jazz. After moving to New Orleans in his teens, Winslow-King would cut his teeth busking on the street of the Big Easy and eventually playing the city's club circuit. Releasing his self-titled debut album in 2008, Winslow-King has since kept active, releasing LPs, touring and collaborating with the likes of Leyla McCalla and George Porter, Jr.
