After seeing a Beatles' concert at the age of 11, Wolf Maahn (born Maahn Wolf) knew that he wanted to be a musician. In the 70s, he formed the Food Band with his brother and a few friends, releasing a single that received a fair amount of success in his home country of Germany. In the 80s, Wolf decided to branch off on his own and began touring in addition to releasing solo material to much acclaim. Playing a blend of soulful rock and big beat, Wolf Maahn still tours and releases albums today.
