Greek born singer/songwriter Vicky Leandros came from a family of musicians and showed talent at an early age. Performing in her teens in Germany, Leandros began to garner a reputation for herself, but found true fame when she became a finalist in the Eurovision Song Contest. After releasing a successful album in 1967, Leandros began acting in prominent German films and television dramas, while maintaining a singing career. Still performing and touring today, Leandros shows no sign of slowing down.
