Joey Calderazzo is a jazz pianist from New Rochelle, New York. Learning piano at the age of seven, Calderazzo would go on to study at the prestigious Berklee College of Music. Befriending saxophonist Branford Marsalis, Calderazzo would go on to make his reputation backing Marsalis before embarking on a solo career with his debut album, 1991's In the Door.
