9Bach is a Welsh alternative folk group comprised of singer/songwriter Lisa Jen and guitarist Martin Hoyland. Founded in 2005, during its formative years the duo's song repertoire primarily consisted of traditional Welsh folk songs. Having since evolved its own original style, the group released its self-titled debut album in 2009 and since then the group has stayed active by releasing additional LPs and keeping a busy performance schedule.
