German minimalist duo Deniz Cicek and Robert Heitmann meld eerie vocals with experimental guitar haze, creating lovely ballads inflected with soft noise. Despite the sparse use of instruments--only Cicek's voice and Heitmann's guitar--the duo's music is anything but dull. Playing shows nonstop for the past year and releasing a couple popular singles, Krakow Loves Adana has a respectable fan base, even though the band is yet to release an album.
