About
Kagoule is an alternative rock trio from Nottingham, England that was founded in 2011. Comprised of Cai Burns, Lucy Hatter and Lawrence English, the group makes a unpretentious style of music that blends DIY sensibilities with high-brow experimental tendencies. The group released its debut album, Urth, in 2015, while all band members were still all teenagers, and the forward-thinking LP helped the group receive praise from some of the UK's more prominent taste makers and music connoisseurs.
