Mikael Rickfors is a singer/songwriter and bassist from Stockholm, Sweden who is probably best known as the lead singer of the popular Swedish pop band Bamboo. Though the group broke up in 1970, Rickfors go on to spend time in the British rock outfit The Hollies for two years, before striking out on his own and launching a successful solo career with his debut album in 1975.
