Formed at the end of 2011, Midi Matilda is an electropop duo from San Francisco comprised of Logan Grime and Skyler Kilborn. Previously band-mates in a garage rock group, the two artists continued to create music together as the rest of their band dispersed into other projects. Within months of its conception the outfit constructed an indie, synth-enduced sound and released its first EP Red Light District, in 2012. Midi Matilda quickly found a name for itself in San Francisco's burgeoning music community with a style that bridges together the realms of EDM and rock and roll.
