After the Burial is a metal band from Twin Cities, Minnesota that was founded in 2004. With a unique sound that blends together elements of progressive metal and deathcore, After the Burial has managed to carve out a unique sonic niche for itself on the modern hard rock scene. After the Burial released its debut album, Forging a Future Self, in 2006 and since then the group has continued to release LPs and maintain an active performance schedule.
