Known for its modernizations of 14th century Arab-Andalusian songs, Speed Caravan mixes elements of electro-trance and psych with Middle Eastern traditional music to create a truly original sound. The band's arab-remix of the popular Chemical Brother's song "Galvanize" provided a breakthrough and led to further remixes and eventually a debut full length in 2008.
