Steve Wilson is a jazz flautist and saxophonist from Hampton, Virginia. Though Wilson has distinguished himself as a session musician and sideman, he has also managed to find the time to launch a solo career as bandleader. Having released his debut album, New York Summit, in 1991, Wilson has since stayed busy by releasing additional albums, continuing to collaborate at a prolific rate and keep an active performance schedule.
