New York Hardcore scene founders Sick of It All have been releasing albums and touring nonstop for the past twenty years, with no intention of stopping. Maturing its sound with tinges of heavy metal and screamo, but maintaining the standard hardcore style that it helped pioneer, Sick of It All still considers itself the main presence in the New York hardcore genre.
