About
German DJ/producer Shantel is known for his infatuation with brass horns, gypsy beats and Balkan stylings. He made a name for himself on the Frankfurt dance floors with his surprising fusion of old world with new electronica. After opening his own club in the Frankfurt red light district in '91, Shantel released multiple compilations of remixes and mash-ups he spun at the club.
