Pendragon

Pendragon is an English neo-progressive rock band that was founded in 1978. Originally called Zeus Pendragon, the group decided to drop Zeus before it started recording because members decided the name was too long to look good on a t-shirt. The group released its debut album, The Jewel, in 1985 and has since managed to maintain a fairly prolific recording schedule. Though many of Pendragon's original members have left to pursue other endeavors, the band has nevertheless managed to maintain its characteristic and unfailing sound.
