Originally formed in the mid-1980s, Bl'ast is a punk rock band that encapsulates the underground scene of Santa Cruz. Fueled by skating, surfing and hardcore music, the group captured a dedicated local following over the course of three LPs. Now based in Los Angeles, the three-piece outfit continues to craft its heavy, stoner punk with founder cliff Dinsmore at the helm.
