Germany based DJ Georg Milz began compiling obscure afrobeat tracks for Out Here Records samplers, giving him the opportunity to travel throughout Africa. The result was an obsession with various music scenes prominent on the African continent, including hip hop, roots reggae and highlife. Following his African explorations, Milz teamed up with Thoman Nothaft and formed Dala Dala, an urban electro exploration of these African stylings. The DJ duo is heavily present on the European and African festival circuit and has been busy bringing its afro club beat to dance floors throughout the world.
