Formed in 2008, Canadian dance rock band The Jump Off has received several flattering comparisons to indie rock greats. With a vocalist who has been likened to an angry, throaty James Murphy (of LCD Soundsystem) and noisy drumbeats akin to Fugazi, the trio has found a steadily growing fan base in its native Saskatchewan province, which has started to grow to the rest of North America and the UK. With a sound that is both frantic and catchy, The Jump Off continues to win over crowds.
