Ma Polaine's Great Decline is a London-based duo comprised of Beth Packer and Clinton Hough that makes a striking style of music that blends jazz, soul and blues together to create a rich sonic amalgam. Founded in 2011, the group would spend its formative years playing shows and festivals--honing its sound and refining its songwriting approach in the process--before releasing its well-received 2015 debut LP, Got Me Out of Hel.
