Ian Shaw is a Welsh jazz singer who initially started his career in the 1980s on the English cabaret circuit. Eventually solidifying his sound and honing his songwriting approach, Shaw would release his debut album, Lazy Blue Eyes, in 1990 to almost universal acclaim from critics. In addition to his career as a jazz singer, Shaw frequently performs stand-up comedy.
