Claudia Aurora is a singer/songwriter from Oporto, Portugal who creates fado music. After relocating to Bristol, UK in 2003, she collected a following with haunting live performances at renowned venues including Queen Elizabeth hall and the Royal Theatre in Norwich. A prominent voice for modern fado artists, she has organized several fado events for music and spoken word Portuguese poetry. Aurora released her debut album Silêncio, in 2011.
