Lauren Mann is an alternative folk musician who got her start performing in and around the Calgary, Canada area in 2008. By playing a number open mics and jam sessions at cafes and small clubs, Mann began to build a reputation for herself as a musician who'd be keen to play with anyone, regardless of their skill set. This warmhearted approach has continued to follow her and her music, even after she left the Calgary scene and moved on more ambitious and larger musical pursuits.
