About
Breabach is a Scottish folk band that was formed in 2005. After playing a number of low profile shows around Northern England during its formative years, the band would eventually release its debut album, The Big Spree, in 2007. Having since received nominations for "Best Group" at both the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards and the Scots Trad Music Awards, Breabach has managed to distinguish itself as one of the more capable Scottish folk acts of its generation.
