Morning Glory

Morning Glory is a punk rock band that was initially conceived as the solo project of New York City-based artist Ezra Kire. After solidifying into a full band in 2001, the group released its debut album, This Is No Time ta Sleep, with Revolution Rock Records in 2001. Blending crust punk, pop punk and ska punk into one cohesive sound, Morning Glory spent the decade building a following in the US punk scene before being picked up by Fat Wreck Chords. The band went on to release a series of records with the San Francisco-based indie label, including the 2012 LP Poets Were My Heroes and 2014's War Psalms.
