Formed in 2010 Citizens! is an indie pop band from London that creates a sound that will reclaim the word pop from bubblegum generalizations. With melodic hooks and catchy rhythm sections, the five-piece band offers electropop/rock that doesn't revert back to decades past but looks forward to the future of popular music. Citizens! released its debut EPTrue Romance, in 2011 followed by its first full-length recordHere We Are, in 2012.
