About
Niclas Genckel Petersen and Jannik Brandt Thomsen, who perform and release music simply as Nik and Jay, are a duo from Værløse, Denmark that blend together elements of hip-hop, R&B and pop to create a unique style of music that has helped the duo become one of the more popular acts on the modern Danish music scene. The duo released its self-titled debut album in 2002 and since then Nik and Jay have kept active, releasing additional LPs and performing regularly.
