About
San Francisco-based outfit The Tambo Rays emerged in 2011 with a neo-psychedelic-infused brand of lo-fi pop. Fronted by the brother-sister duo Brian and Sara DaMert, the group solidified its sound and cultivated a following throughout the Bay Area before releasing its debut EP Kaleidoscope, in 2012, and exposing its playful, California-drenched sound to a broad audience for the first time.
