About
One of Austria's most beloved entertainers, Ludwig Hirsch grew up studying visual arts, and, subsequently, drama. In 1978, he made his foray into songwriting, featuring lyrics of a dark, macabre nature. He was at the forefront of the development of Austropop, and proved to write excellent modern renditions of classical Austrian songs. He has also worked in radio, and is known for his record-breaking record sales and multiple accolades.
